Seven years! Wow, time flies. We had a little get-together to celebrate SME's 7th birthday this week. It was awesome to take a moment and appreciate how far we've come.

Look, let's be real, it hasn't all been smooth sailing lately. We've hit a few bumps in the road, like most small businesses do. But honestly? It's made us tougher. We've learned a ton, and we're figuring out how to do things even better.

We are determined to improve our quality, efficiency and customer engagement. We're focusing on adding capabilities and employee engagement. We're pumped to get back to doing what we do best and tackling some exciting new projects.

One of the best parts of our celebration was recognizing the amazing folks who've been with us for all seven years! We awarded them for their loyalty and hard work – it's incredible to have such a dedicated team. Big shoutout to our team – you guys are rockstars! And thanks to everyone who's been supporting us. We appreciate you! Here's to the next seven years!
