He is an influential leader with his excellent capability to deliver remarkable results without compromising the quality and timeline. He had developed strategies to enhance the utilization and efficiency of the work force. His expertise in various functionalities in a wide spread of industries ranging from Automobile, Auto accessories, Air Compressors and a long stint in Oil and Gas equipment brings a solid edge in wide product knowledge.
With a Masters Degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK and Bachelors in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology, and with a varied industrial exposure, he is a solid engineer with commanding leadership skills.
Sakthivel Chinnaswamy

Sakthivel has 20 years of experience in the Engineering industry, with deep operational knowledge and broad strategic insight in building and scaling businesses. He is an advocate of change, and strongly believes simplification of processes focusing customer centricity is the key to success. An outstanding people manager, Sakthivel has an entrepreneurial style of management that is a blend of enthusiasm and dynamism. He has always focused on people's strength to bring out the best in them. Most recently, Sakthivel was heading the One-Subsea engineering in Schlumberger from Oil & Gas industry, brings wealth of API, engineering and project management skills. In his leadership role he was responsible for overseeing a business execution, setting direction, objectives & goals. Prior to Schlumberger he was working in the R&D department of a leading textile machinery industry.
Sakthivel is a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and holds MBA.
